Just a little note to say that I’ve been doing some ‘behind the scenes’ work this afternoon and in the interest of taking the blog forward in a positive manner I’ve taken some of the more negative / dark posts down.
I know that a lot of you have been helped by these posts in the past but I’m trying to head in a happier direction now and I didn’t want the negative posts lurking around reminding me of bad times.
I think there’s about 60 posts in total that I’ve taken down but I feel like this is the right thing to do in order to move on happily.
I’m still here to talk to you all about depression, anxiety and anything else you want to talk about all you have to do is email Charlotte-Emily.firstname.lastname@example.org I’m always here and if I can’t help you I’ll always help you find somebody who can.
I just don’t really want to blog about the negatives anymore, I’m still testing out the happiness is a choice theory and I feel like focusing on and blogging about the things that make me happy rather than the things that don’t is a key step.
I’m rambling but I just wanted to let you all know what I’d done because it’s inevitable that it would have come up at some point and I want you all to know exactly why I did it straight from me and not the rumour mill.
