Just a quick update on how I found Day Three of Headspace.
You have to register with Headspace to access Day Three something I didn’t know about, and was quite annoyed at having to mess around doing before I could focus on trying to sleep.
The registration process was simple enough, all done in app and you don’t have to buy anything. Personally I would’ve preferred to register at the beginning of the programme so I could just move smoothly on with the programme from then on but hey in the grand scheme of things that’s not all that important.
The programme itself really helps me to relax, I didn’t fall asleep straight away but I was certainly a lot more relaxed when I was lying in bed staring at my ceiling.
Like I’ve said every day, the app has never once claimed to be a cure / aid for insomnia so I actually think that the app is doing exactly what it says it does, and if you seek help relaxing during your busy day then I think this app is perfect for you!
Although I’ve decided that it isn’t going to help me sleep any better I am going to carry on testing the app because I am really enjoying it and it really does relax me!
