Daisy Dance – A Happy Poem!

Here’s a happy poem for you all to enjoy!

I don’t have an explanation for this poem it just sort of fell out of the end of my pen..

Daisy Dance.

A talking butterfly says you?
well now dear there are a few,
each one with their own story to tell.
Do you see the daisies dance aswell?
For whom do they dance i hear you ask,
to find that out would be a great task.
First you must ask my garden elf,
then toast the river too good health,
listen to every word that the bee says,
then follow the music that he plays.
When you arrive at your destination,
you’ll feel the air of exclamation.
As nature reveals its full on beauty,
come now my friend it is your duty,
did you find the answer you desire?
Summer sun, sky’s on fire,
as the daisies ask you to dance,
go now whirl and twirl and prance.
Now this right here is no lie,
I am that talking butterfly,
and you my love are one too,
and the daisies well they dance for you!

Thank you! I try to write happy poems whenever I can! But alas the darker / negative poems come a little easier. Maybe I should challenge myself to write one positive poem a week or something? ๐Ÿ™‚ xo

      1. Well, I wasn’t implying that negative poems are bad. I usually find them to be better than positive poems. But I just really like yours. Have a good day!

Don’t worry I knew what you meant, I prefer to read darker poems myself but sometimes as you say happier poems are good! I’m glad you liked the poem and maybe if I try to write more positive ones you’ll like them too! ๐Ÿ™‚

I hope YOU have a good day ๐Ÿ˜€ xo
